Apollo-Ridge School District To Celebrate 40th Anniversary

The Apollo-Ridge School District plans and old-fashioned scavenger hunt to celebrate its 40th anniversary in May. The hunt will begin in March and a festival will be held in May.  Participating businesses will offer prizes that, collectively, will serve as the scavenger hunt's grand prize. Each business would have clues that lead to the prize.

The goal is to get 40 businesses to become sites where people have to go to get information for the clues and the winner of the 40-day hunt will be announced in May during the anniversary festival.  The festival event will feature local bands, local vendors and athletic events throughout the day.
